How many days old are you?
We measure age in years, but the more honest unit is days. Enter your date of birth and we will tell you exactly how many calendar days you have been alive — then point you to the bonus birthdays still ahead.
Birth is day zero. On your first birthday you turn 365 days old (or 366 in a leap year), not one day old. So your age in days is always a little larger and a lot more interesting than you might expect.
Frequently asked questions
We count the real calendar days between your date of birth and today, including leap years. We never multiply your age in years by 365 or 365.25 — every day is an actual day on the calendar.
